FB VISION SpA, leading ophthalmic pharmaceutical company both at domestic and international level, with large and innovative portfolio and R&D pipeline, part of a Multinational pharmaceutical Group, is recruiting a smart and ambitious Product Manager to join and reinforce the current Marketing Team.

Responsibilities and Job Description:

• Coordinate marketing projects across internal teams and external stakeholders (KOL, ecc...)
• Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables
• Support several marketing activities, campaigns and congresses
• Analyze market trends and competitors
• Develop and implement brand communication
• Manage and enhance the company brand
• Analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and guide strategic decisions
• Create content (newsletters, promotional materials, etc.)
• Manage company social media channels and monitor online engagement
• Track performance and field force support

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management and Marketing preferably in Ophthalmic Companies
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• English speaking

Workplace: in office, remote and on the field (hybrid activity).
